Jira's nice. Confluence's not the best tool for document sharing. But what constantly drives me nuts is how Atlassian UI in general is so clunky!
Example: I can't for the life of me paste some preformatted+monospaced text into a Jira issue description without losing its preformatting.
Confluence: won't fix.
JIRA: ?
Best workaround: starting a {noformat} block and pasting the text in it. So far I lose my space indentation, but at least the newlines are kept.
